Your continued use of 356bet's Platform Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you are using 356bet on behalf of any business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both the individual user and that entity.
To access betting and gaming services on 356bet, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on 356bet. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through the use of different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 356bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held, and void any pending bets.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Where a change of personal details occurs — such as a change of address, email, or phone number — you must update your Account information promptly. 356bet accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. 356bet will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
356bet is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an Account, make a deposit, or place a Bet. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
356bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable period following a request, 356bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any funds pending verification.
356bet accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 356bet does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits made in Taka.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods. 356bet reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account within seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the Player's bank. 356bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 356bet Account.
Players may request a voluntary deposit limit through their Account settings or by contacting support. 356bet also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account where there are responsible gaming concerns or where compliance requirements necessitate such restrictions.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours under normal operating conditions. 356bet reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where technical or operational factors affect processing capacity.
All Players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. For withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000, 356bet may request additional documentation including proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 356bet reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via bank transfer where the original payment method is unavailable or where AML (anti-money laundering) requirements necessitate an alternative method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. 356bet reserves the right to modify the minimum withdrawal amount with prior notice to Players.
Promotional offers available on 356bet are subject to individual eligibility criteria specified at the time of each offer. 356bet reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on Player account history, deposit method, country of registration, or any other criterion at its sole discretion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of the offer. Players are advised to read the full terms of any bonus before claiming it. 356bet will not accept disputes relating to wagering requirements where the terms were made available to the Player prior to claiming the bonus.
The use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, the exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or any other form of bonus abuse as determined by 356bet will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, the voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
356bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email where practicable.
All bets placed on 356bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. 356bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of that sport or competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 356bet's decision — informed by the relevant governing body's official ruling — shall be final and binding.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed without being rescheduled within 24 hours; the event does not reach the minimum number of scheduled periods required for settlement under the applicable rules; or an obvious pricing error is identified prior to the commencement of the event.
356bet reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or individual Account at any time. Players may also request self-imposed betting limits through their Account settings or by contacting support.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 356bet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
356bet reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions where prohibited conduct is identified: immediate suspension of the Account; permanent closure of the Account; forfeiture of the entire Account balance; voiding of all pending and settled bets; and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
356bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable belief that the Account has been used in violation of these Terms, where security concerns require immediate action, or where regulatory or compliance obligations necessitate such action.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting 356bet support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 356bet will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant Account. All content on the 356bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of 356bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the 356bet platform without the express prior written consent of 356bet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 356bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
356bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 356bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
356bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 356bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
356bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
356bet will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
